sprint air card is geting worse when i play on ps3.?

so i have been playing my ps3 online using internet sharing with my sprint air card. it worked just fine for a few weeks. then all of the sudden i am starting to get terrible lag. lag so bad that in mw2 i cant even move and i get kicked out. it did the same thing for my xbox 360 in the summer. so i was just wondering why it all of the sudden starts lagging when it was fine before and how to fix it. thanks
