Spring Formal Dance Dress Help!!!?

Ok, our Spring Formal, Junior Prom, is coming up in April and I HAVE to find the right dress! I'm kind of short at 12 going on 13 at 4''11' and I'm not as you would say "busty". So no strapless dresses or anything that might make me look extra flat chested. I'm sort of into yellows, browns, blues, and greens now. But it has to abid by school dress code. So nothing you wouldn't wear in front of your preacher! And if it helps I have brunette hair that comes to my shoulders! Please Help!!!!
