Spring fling, what to wear help! :)?

Hello, I'm going to a spring fling the end of April & I need to know what I'm going to wear very soon. I love spring dresses like these ;

Just not the colors. Could you tell me where I could buy those types of dresses?
The dance is casual.
I know you can get some from forever 21, pseudo, & maybe from eclipse.
