Spots !!!

I am only in my first stage of teens and i have noticed a cluster of spots

I am using creams everymorning and night,but it seems like its making worse

Sometimes they sting and itch badly

Is it the cream i dont know

Please help "!

Check the ingredients... If the cream has Benzoyl Peroxide in it, that could be what's irritating them... My skin is sensitive to BP and I can't use a lot of it because it makes my skin red/puffy/itchy.
