I'm 23 years old and I still suffer from the above. There not too bad at all, rarely do they grow to the level that they need to be squeezed and they seem to come and go on a weekly basis, but I'd like my complection to be totally spot free if possible (I'm aware that you can't always get what you want!) so does consuming water on a regular basis really help? I really don't drink water and drink far too much Dr Pepper and other fizzy drinks which isn't too healthy, and I've been told by a friend that water cleans out your pours. Is this correct?

I've tried all sorts of facial cleansing wipes and creams, and they seem to work for a few days but not in the long term. :(

Water surely helps. Don't drink so much soda and other fizzy drinks. You can use aspirin mask to help with the spots and whiteheaRAB. It has helped mine a lot. Get some aspirins - 4 or 5 and dissolve them in a few drops of water. Put the paste over your face for about 15 minutes and rinse off. Do this every other day or everyday if your skin isn't too sensitive.
