What is the best sports or games to play which can help you keep in top shape etc... at the moment I play badminton, once a week.. I walk twice a day and sometimes rollerblade for a good amount of time..
What else is there I could do, I don't really want to go to the fitness suite.. I don't want to build muscle I just want to look good and slim. x]
 
Running is very good to stay fit without getting super muscled, but if you want something more competitive and organized then I would suggest soccer.
Since you don't want to get big muscles, then you should avoid swimming and other sports that use the upper body .
 
well ur doing pretty good but maybe do a switch in sports like....

play basketball for a while and then swim for a while and just find totally opposite sports and just keep switching

and for a while i mean for a month or so
