Sports Physio Question for Injury ?

Ok, so this problem started in February and I have seen many physio's but nothing has helped so far.
I get a sharp pain in my stomach when i am running or doing sport- (my doctor has checked and said it was muscular). I then was given stretches and this cleared up but my back constantly feels the need to click and can really ache. I now have an increasingly tight feeling in my chest. I am considering acupuncture but does anyone have any ideas?
My last physio said that it was the muscle used to lift the leg ( connected to the thigh and spine), he said it was too tight and therefore causes my spine to curve.
Also, if this helps, i am 14 female and do intense sport daily (karate).
Which i have done for 6/7 years. I have no other health problems.
