I play football/soccer, and i have this problem with Sports Nutrition. Right, before my match, i eat a Mars Duo and a Lucozade Energy. The during half time i have a powerade. Ok, the problem is is that i have what i said because it puts alot of energy into me, and makes me last the game, but gives me the runs terrible after. I don't have Pasta, Cereal etc because it doesn't give me much energy, and i get tired within 10 minutes if i just have like cereal/toast. The problem is is that this is costing me 3 pounds everytime, and i'm not a bank, and that it gives me the runs later. Yes, i do have good fitness, i play centre midfield, i'm box to box aswell. I desperately need your help.
