What's wrong with my lower legs if they start hurting and feeling like there's just a lot of pressure on them a few minutes into my running workout? After awhile it makes my feet kind of stiff and hard to move. It's my legs all around from below my calf to my ankle (not just the back of my leg, the front and sides too) and i know it's not shin splints. And they stop hurting a few minutes after i stop running. Help??
