I had a slipped disk about a year ago. Sometime earlier this year i tried to get back by playing basketball.. but i experience pain in the back again. Can someone with experience in these things suggest what sports are deemed always safe, and how i can graduate into contact sports eventually?
Are some sports forever ruled out?
