sports drinks ! SALT?!?

The salt in them is not an issue if you're drinking it during or after strenuous activity since the salt in it replaces the salt lost from sweating. Your body does need some salt so that enough water is retained.
 
Like a sports drink that has some sodium in it during practice or have a high sodium food like a small pickle after? cause i heard drinks w a lot of salt in them can hake you puff up from water weight ..
