I've been running 5 days a week for just over a month, and my breasts are pretty sore. I ran before, but not for as long/often, and outside rather than on a treadmill. I don't notice what I would think of as excessive bouncing when I am running.
I have tried two different types of sports bras. The typical sports bra look and ones that look more like a regular bra without underwire.
What should I be buying, and where could I get it in Canada? I mean Walmart doesn't seem to have what I need.
