plz tell me iis its true that sports game increase height?

IF yes then which sport game is Good for hight increasing
I play Volley ball..

I am 16 and half year old
my height is 168cm and weight is 54kg
and plzz tell me did my height is Good according to my age..

Thanx i am male from Pakistan
