I haven't bought tickets to sporting events from eBay but I have bought tickets to concerts from there. I made sure the seller had an extremely high good feedback percentage and asked for pictures of the tickets themselves and the receipt and made sure it wasn't the same pictures from other sellers. Pay extra for it to be registered mailed so the post offices can keep track of it and tell you if they have sent it or not so they can't say they've sent it when they really haven't. If you take the most extreme precautions you should be right, but there is still a risk. If I was in Sydney I'd buy tickets from eBay straight away, remember there is going to be alot of people who cant make it anymore and alot of Dragons fans who no longer want to go to the GF.
