Sport Supplements, can someone explain them?

Right, I take part in sports which require bursts of power and also requires strenght. I sometimes play football and I often do sprint training at club level. Basically more of a sprinter than a footballer.

What supplements are good for strenght training? I mean getting lean cut muscle that's packed with power. Obviously it's the training that causes this, but what supplement can help this?

I had in mind a few. Creatine Monohydrate, Protein, NO-Xplode, RPM & Drive, BCAA, L-Glutamine

Shouldn't BCAA have L-Glutamine in it anyway? Basically I'm confused when it comes to supplements but what I'm looking for is that energy and also helping my muscles repair and build up quicker.
