in baseball, i went to go catch a flyball, and so was my teammate. he dove to get it, putting his shoulder right into my thigh, taking me out. that was yesterday, and it still causes me grief. when i stand up straight, my hurt thigh is slightly larger than my other one, like its swollen. there is no visible bruising. i can limp on it as long as i keep my leg in a certain way, but it is impossible for me to go up a stair using my injured leg. it just wont do it. ive been taking tylenol. ive tried icing it down. i dont know what it is, please help.
