i think i am going to try out for middle school soccer this fall

and i was thinking do you need to buy the arm pads and nee pads thing like that

and when you get the page that you are soppused to give the docter do you need to make an oppointment

and do i just need cleets or do i need to buy regular sneekers to and would i need to get a physical when they look at you at the doctors

please answer all the questions

i am in a rush so i i guess my spelling is bad but do not say anything about that
