Sport Fan's Who Would You?

NFL fans, if you have the opportunity to make an ultimate team with any players from any NFL team and combine them what would you call them? Which players from which teams would you use and why?
 
That would take too long to do all of them, so let's say I get to start with 5 on the Offensive side, and 5 on the Defensive side to build a team around...

As for sports team names, there are already a lot of good ones out there. If I were naming a new team, I'd go with The Symphony.
