Well baseball cards are not worth much right now. Some cards from the 1970's or older are the ones you could at least sell. Collectors r dealers won't buy anything from like 1982 to current. But if you sell any right now you will not get very much money for them. The best bet would be the Ty Cobb or 1975 Hank Aaron card. But I wouldn't sell any at this time. Football cards right now are better than baseball.
I have been checking prices lately and know they just are not worth what they used to be.
Back in 1990 I could have sold my card for $5000.00. I decided to keep them thinking they would really be worth alot in later years. I need money awhile back and took the cards to the same person that would have given me the 5 grand. He didn't want them now. He said the most he could give me was about $200.00 and he wasn't interested in doing it. He told me not to worry, to keep them because the card market will go back up at some point.
I sure hope they do because it made me sick when I found out how far they have gone down in value.
