Spooky story. What could this mean?

My auntie and uncle have been clearing their house out as they are moving. Old photo albums, locks of my grandads hair before he died where moved including old family items. My little cousin, one of twins went into the room where these things were and was histerical and screaming. Everyone thought she was hurt, but after a long time she calmed down. The day after she was walking around upstairs and my auntie heard her crying again, ran to the same room and my cousin was screaming man man man and pointing to a corner. This sounds like something from a movie. Many other spooky things have occurred such as light fittings swinging, stereos turning on during the night, but this has no other explanation really does it. Does this mean there is a ghost?
 
That does sound like a ghost. if your cousin is younger, she was probably screaming cuz she was scared of a random guy in the corner of the room. It might be a hyperactive friendly ghost.
 
It's probably your Grandfather. My dads friend who has a 2 year old daughter, who saw her Grandmother's ghost. The Grandmother really wanted a grandchild, but, sadly, she died before her grandchild was born. The father walked into the room to find his daughter speaking to nobody. He asked "Who was that?" and she replied "Grandma.". She went to the photo-book and pointed to a picture of the woman who was, in-fact, her grandmother whom she never met. This just occurred a few weeks ago too. Due to this, I do believe in spirits and ghost! Hope this helps!
