I've had stage 1 spondylolisthesis for a few years now and have been more or less managing it with some exercises from physical therapy, ibuprofen, and ice. Lately though, I've had constant and severe neck, shoulder, and upper back pain in addition my usual lower back aches.

Does anyone else have this as a result of spondylolisthesis? I'm not sure if it's from the spondy. or if I just have a new slew of aches to deal with.

You might want to have your neck checked out. I had lurabar problems for quite a while and then started having neck and shoulder problems. Finally I convinced my neurologist to order an MRI and it turns out I had spondy in my neck and spinal stenosis and bone spurs. I ended up having anterior fusion and it took away about 90% of my pain. I would have it checked out just to be safe.

The spondylolisthesis in your lurabar spine wouldn't cause the neck symptoms....but as deeannek indicated - if you have problems in one area of the spine you could end up with other problems as well. I had spondylolisthesis and many years later ended up with cervical disc problems as well.
