I haven't gotten to that point yet but I'm going with Dwayne, he seems more legit.
I killed Playboy X because I saw the "residents only" parking thing in front of his house which was in front of the other two safehouses so I assumed that If I killed him I'd get his house. I was right! I'm a greedy bastard. the 25k isn't worth it because of Packie's mission you do.

Kill dwayne and you 25k and Playboy says he can't talk to you anymore because dwayne was like a father to him
And supposedly when you kill playboy you get his house, and Dwaynes perk is to send 2 guys for back up whenever you need

I saved right before I did it. I killed Dwayne cause he seemed like a weak pussy. After playboy gave me that shit about "couldnt talk to me anymore because dwayne was like a father" I was soo pissed. I loaded my save, loaded up on all the guns and went and blew the shit outtta playboy and his house. Now I have a nice TV,
