splitting a virgin media box through two tvs how do i do it?

ok i have virgin media installed, and want to be able to put the same channel on two tvs, for example on the one in the front room as well as the one in the bed room, how can i do this, i do not want to have two boxs just one downstairs so that i can then watch the same upstairs
