Splinter cell 1 on my laptop?

Hey guys I wanna get Splinter cell 1 but dont know if it'll work on my computer.
Heres my config:
XP SP3, Intel Atom CPU N270 @1.60GHz, Intel GMA 950, 0.99 RAM, DX 9.0, realtek high definition audio, the laptops a Samsung NC10 Netbook

PS i tried looking it up online but was still a bit confused.
