Spiro verses Flutamide for hormonal acne

I am considering taking an anti-androgen medication to decrease my hormonal acne but do not understand the difference between Spiro and Flutamide. Does anyone know what they are all about? I am very concerned about side affects and want to know if anyone has personal experience.

I don't really know much of anything about Flutamide, but I've been taking Spiro for about 5 months with no side effects. It cleared up my Acne very quickly too.
