Spiro and Yaz to treat acne

Hi, i have been on Spiro ((2) 50mg a day) for almost 3 months now, but my period has been been irregular so my derm/obgyn told me to go on Yaz birth control. I started my first yaz pill today and ver nervous. Being on spiro for almost 3 months has not done much for my persistant acne. It's not that bad but bad enough that it makes me depressed. The spiro hasn't helped with my oily face either, which i was told it would?! Has anyone ever taken Spiro and then added Yaz to the mix? If so, what was the outcome. Thanks!!
 
Just so you know Spiro (was on it before) is a bld pressure med that is used to help with acne by supressing testosterone(woman, not just men have testosterone)...therefore your hormones have been screwed up, affecting your period,...unless they were already screwed up-lol. I have PCOS and actually take BCP's (Loestrin) 7 days a week, all month, and do not have a period. This has been VERY helpful with my PCOS, acne, and severe PMS symptoms. Be careful on Yaz...wouldn't be my 1st choice, perhaps there are other options.
