Spiritually: Why is "unnatural" a bad thing?

God exists out of nature, therefore he is unnatural. Since Gay people are unnatural? Your hair dye is unnatural? your eyeglasses are unnatural? your fruit is unnaturally genetically modified? What is wrong with unnatural?
