Spineworld game help?

Where can i find the tool that picks up the sparkling items on the game 'Spineworld'? I am a member, and I want to be able to pick up these items, but I dont know how...! I click on the sparkling item and it just says 'I need a tool to pick that up'.

Can anyone help me? Thankyou
