I am due to have a laminectomy for L4 nerve root compression and significant canal stenosis at L3/4 and L4/5. i would like to know how this operations is performed and information re the recovery stage. Will I be able to walk more than 20 meters again? .... I read a lot of negative stories on this site related to laminectomies. Thank you in anticipation
