Does anyone know or had experience with the DRX 9000 machine helping with spinal stenosis.

Hello, and welcome to the board,

You can run a search on this board for the DRX 9000 and you will see many threaRAB. There have been many discussions about it over the years. I don't recall anyone raving about it. For the most part I think people felt the treatments were very expensive and they were disappointed with the results.

Why don't you start another thread with DRX 9000 in the title -- maybe you'd get more responses....

I would also think it would depend on whats causing the stenosis. I think that machine is bascially a form of traction (though im not positive). If you have stenosis from herniation(s), perhaps it might help. But if you have stenosis due to bony overgrowth and ligament thickening/buckling, I myself would never try that. I know for me, I couldnt even lay flat and couldnt imagine something pulling me and laying there. It was horrible enough to have MRI's (and had to keep getting up due to pain) trying to lay flat and still.
