Speedymoto rear set interest...possible goup buy?

Is there anyone who's satisfied with them?

I'm into the 3rd week of waiting as they were shipped on the 20th August and still haven't arrived.
 
You need to talk to your customs about that delay!

Your rearsets arrived to your foreign customs almost two weeks ago, so you should have received them, but the fact that you didn't means it is time to contact your local post office and your customs!
 
Okay. Could you email me evidence of this and I'll take it to show them. I went there last friday and the Post Office said they hadn't got them. It would be useful to show customs some kind of paperwork.
 
I too tried to live with them but for the price I should not have to work around, modify, and scrape my bike up. I am returning mine today. Please do yourself a favor, do buy or recommend these rear sets to anyone you would consider a friend. Probably wont be your friend once they arrive and it is noticed how flimsy the shift and brake levers are. To me it seems speedymoto did not design these rear sets with a 1098 / 1198 to test fit them on. The brake adapter is the incorrect size and the whole tie-rod system hits and rubs on the bike which take away alot of the ability to be adjustable. On the other hand they do look great but I am one of those guys where looks dont make it run and chrome wont get you home. In closing for the price speedymoto charges there needs to be some additional R&D for the 1098 / 848/ 1198 bikes. I would like to work with speedymoto to develop a Version 2 of their rear sets.
