speedometer, gas guage and tachometer arent working on my 1993 Chrysler Concorde?

I just bought a Chrysler Concorde and the gas guage, Seedometer and Tachometer arent working at all, there is gas in the tank and it reads 0, I start to drive and it still says 0, always says im at 0rpm's anyone know what is wrong with it?
