Im 19 and skinny but i need speed and I cant get it. I ve always been slower than the other guys and are really tired of it please help me.
Please don't give me drills or exercises so become faster cause im already on a sprinting exercise schedule so please give me technique. And also I want to know is it because of my under developed legs that i am slow cause everyone who is fast has big leg muscles no matter if they are skinny or not. And i have really really small legs
