speed & horse power

Hey out there, a couple of questions for C50T owners. As I'm a new C50T owner, I would love to know what the top speed is for one and/or two up riding. Also every body talks cc's, what is the horsepower of the bike.

I'm not a new rider, had a 1400cc Intruder before this bike, but just have some unanswered questions. I'm still in the break in period, only did 300 miles last weekend, so I can't open this baby up yet. This is actually my 4th bike, and it is by far the most enjoyable to ride.

Is there much difference between the C50 and M50 besides styling? I've had my M up to 95 when 2up but there wasnt enough space to go higher.

Am I missing something? If I am, let me know, but I had my M50 up to 117 mph[1-up(could have went a little bit faster)] and 102-105(2-up). I read in a motorcycle mag. website(not sure which one) that the HP was around 65.

M50 same engine pinned and only read 104-107 on gps. Too bad the gas mileage starts to suffer ;)

As far as HP guys help me out I think its only 47hp. enough to move that elegant machine.

The test in the August 05 Cycle World Magazine claims that the M50 is 45.7hp and 44.1 ftlbs of torque, and thats on thier dyno. The C has the same engine, but it's supposedly geared a little higher for cruising, so it's probably a tad slower in the quarter. I've had my M up to 100 and I think it had a little more to go.

It's not at all uncommon. My bike is about 5mph off at 60-70 mph. When I'm doing 60, it says 65, and as was already said, the gap will get bigger as you go faster.
