I am curious to find out if any US state will consider certifying an elementary school teacher as a student/provisional teacher while the individual is completing a teacher certification program. I have 120+ credits between 4 majors but earned a religious based bachelors before the traditional one. I need to be working to support my family and finish school at the same time too. I am willing to work as a paraprofessional within speciality of autistic student population since I have 2 high-functioning kids with autism. Any good sources to find teaching jobs within the special education realm?
