speaker cuts out. right side only

at a buddies house and his 06 street glide radio starts acting up. the right speaker cuts out. if you press on the fairing it works? press on the radio it works? we have everything apart and can not find the problem? any advice? thanks, vinnie
 
It is a loose connection in the wire in the speaker. Does he have the speakers with the wire coming from the connector through the cone to the tweeter in the front? If he does, i can about guarantee its one of those two wires that is loose, usually where is goes through the cone. Had it on mine.
 
hooked up left side wires to right speaker and it worked. has to be the radio? or the wires from the radio to the speaker?
