spark plugs for Suzuki forenza 2006 how i change it?

I want to know how i can change th e spark plugs.My car is little bit lazy and i change the gasoline filter recently and i think th e problem is the spark plugs because i have a problem when i start the car.Im sure is not a starter problem. but i wnat to know how i can change the spark plugs.By the way im a woman. Thanks!
