I'm looking for music similar to Esteban's style of playing, but it's difficult to find tracks that aren't classical with other instruments playing. I'm looking for tracks similar to the stuff in "Desperado".

Is that genre called "Spanish guitar"? What would it be classified as?

are you doing a google search or are you looking for specific names to look in a place like limewire?

If its a broad search try terms like

Musica Andalucia or Musica de andaluz

However, I believe what ur looking for is just acoustic guitar music. The Spanish flavor is given to the music by the particualr singer. If you liked Desperado, do a seacrh for Estopos. They are based out of barcelona. Not all of their music is what you consider "spanish guitar". But I good portion of it is and the rest has a very heavy guitar influences.

Django Reinhardt

Check him out. Many consider him to be the best guitar player of all time...and he didn't even have all his fingers.

You might like some of Calexico's earlier work, esp The Black Light

Joaquin Rodrigo is a composer who has written some fucking class guitar music, in particular the Concierto de Aranjuez (there is a brass rendition of Aranjuez con tu Amor in the film Brassed Off)
