Spam messages sent to me from my account??!! plzzzzzzzzz help?

Hello all!

I wonder how spam messages are sent to me from my email??!!!

I am going to be mad
Does this mean my email have been stolen? ANyhow, I changed my pssword and still receive these spams and the sender is me how come

plzzzzz help me
