Spam in my inbox won't stay!?

When I get spam messages in my inbox, I do not open the message but instead check it off and hit the "spam" button. I continue to get messages from the same sender it and still goes to my inbox and NOT in my spam folder. Please advise. Thanks!
 
This happens to me also. I do not know the problem and I don't know how to stop it. I'm sorry.
 
open the message and click on the blue lettering of somehting like remove my email from this sender or something and then once you click that you have to conferm your email again and then they cant send it or anything like that to you again or else they can get a fine if you report them.
