The same things necessary to sustain life here on the Earth.
To sustain life as we know it needed is air, water, food, shelter from the elements. There is no difference with the necessary things to sustain life no matter where you are.
The only variable would be the shelter from the elements part as earth surface and outer space have different atmospheric conditions. Both need to be adjusted for the comfort of the living being.
