Its high time I checked this series. Loved Galaxy Express 999.
 
I was intrigued to see the link here. I would love to see a worthy re-vamp. BUT no Leiji? I mean not to have the man who helmed the original seems unforgivable. I guess that is what happens with legal issues.

Not sure I dig the new look of the characters from the screen shots. It does not harken to Yamato. It looks more like WB Batman. Well from that one photo anyhow.
That or Korean outsourcing.
I will still probably be interested in viewing it. I was a child fan of the US Chop StarBlazers.
