southern california residents...looking for a lounge/bar?

looking for a chill place to hang out on a saturday night with my friends.

- not looking for a nightclub where there's a bouncer and cover fee
- place with a bar and preferrably live jazz music
- a relax, calm atmosphere - like a lounge

- can be in la, pasadena, or even newport/oc area.


any suggestions?
