A friend of mine reports higher rates much in excess of the promised 2-4$/month hikes advertised.
I am curious if anyone else is experiencing unusually high rate increases in the wake of the raised rates. Thanks in advance for your help. Again, I'm not asking for official links. I know what the SCE press releases and official line say. I'm looking for anecdotal experience with the rate hikes which have been in place for a little while now, Dec. 2009.
