South Park Studios isn't working?

Hey, every time I log go onto South Park Studios, I try to load a video and I get this message:

Error loading stylesheet. RSL http://media.mtvnservices.com/global/flex/rsl/framework_3.2.0.3958.swz failed to load. Error #2046

what's wrong with my computer or is it the site..?
