South Park Chef and Kenny questions?

On one episode of South Park called "Tom's Rhinoplasty", after Wendy told Stan that there substitute had one arm bigger then the other, Chef said. "You know what the say about women with unmatched arms" and Kenny says "Mhf mmfh mhy.." Anyway, is there really a saying about women with one arm bigger than the other, or was that just a joke.
No, there the same size.
