soup & salad restaurant in Dallas/Arlington/Cedar Hill?

close to where I live we have a all you can eat salad & soup buffet restaurant I was wondering if anybody knows if there is anything like this in Dallas or Arlington or Cedar Hill. Just Soup & Salad places please no places like Golden Corral

There's a Souper Salad in Arlington. I can't remember where it was, but my daughter and I ate there once 5 years ago. I think it was by the Parks.

My sister used to live in Cedar Hill. I graduated HS in DeSoto back in 85. Check out the Souper Salads on line and find one close to you either in the phone books or computer. They were really good.
