I have a 2000 Honda Civic si. I am interested in putting an amp and some subs in it. I was over at best buy the other day and I really liked how the alpine type-r sound. I am looking for nice tight bass, something that will sound really good in my car. I am not really looking for something that sounds really strong and turns heads just something that will rattle the inside of my car.
I was looking at maybe getting 2 10" type-r or maybe just one 12" so save space.
Do you think that 1 12" will be strong or should I get 2? or 2 10"?
As for amp I was looking at the rockford P300-1 or the rockford P400-4 to power this.
Which one of these would you recommend?
Also my civic has a really small battery, so do you think I should get a capacitor? if so how big?
