I have windows7 on my pc. Sometimes there is no sound in the speakers, which is not due to speaker's defect. It happened once more in the past and had to take my pc to the dealer. He did some settings and the problem was gone. My pc is sometimes used by my grand children when they play games on it and by mistake they must have used some wrong button which may have caused the speakers to become inactive. The dealer did not tell me as how he corrected the mistake earlier. Could anybody help me out to solve this problem?
