Sound System For Honda Civic?

Okay, so I'm 16 years old and get my license in October and I'm getting my grandma's basic 2004 Honda Civic. Basic as in roll down windows, manual locks etc. I kinda want to deck it out, yet don't go too crazy with the price. I want a good sound system (stereo and speakers) and maybe some rims later on. Any good suggestions on a good sound system for a good price? Thanks!
